Tax System problem stated, no solution provided

Last Sunday, 60 Minutes had an interesting episode which focused on a growing phenomenon: American companies shifting profits abroad to places like Ireland and Switzerland because of low corporate tax rates. Somebody may want to write a letter to Leslie Stahl concerning the Capital Homestead Act.
