The question so wrongly asked in our modern age of finance, and one in which the poor bears seem stuck on stupid is "Who Owns the Fed.?" When a more thoughtful and sincere approach would be "Who Should Own the Fed.?" Reason should then dictate, lead and beg a question for all poor bears to ask "Who Owns America?" The refrain sadly is "Not Us Poor Bears."
